This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to expedite investigation in Cr.NO.15/2014 and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.15 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
