ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection for the Annathana Kodi Vizha function in Ammankudi Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District to be celebrated on 02.05.2015 and 03.05.2015 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 03.02.2015.

2. Dealing with the very same prayer with respect to the same petitioner, this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5928 of 2014, 04.04.2014, passed the following order:

"4.On a careful perusal of the entire materials on record, it is found that the petitioner is entitled to get adequate police protection for the Annathana Kodi Vizha function in Ammankudi village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District to be celebrated on 13.05.2014 and 14.05.2014 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.03.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In the result, the third respondent is directed to give adequate police protection for the Annathana Kodi Vizha function in Ammankudi Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy

District to be celebrated on 13.05.2014 and 14.05.2014 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.03.2014. The petition is ordered accordingly."

In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
