2. This Court is modifying the order portion of the Arbitration Appeal in Arb Appeal(MD)No.46 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025, that the paragraph No.5, shall be replaced as under:

"5. Accordingly, this Arbitration Appeal is allowed by remitting the matter back for reconsideration to the District Collector. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks and pass orders on merits in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed."

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 01.07.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the parties. Index : Yes / No 22.09.2025 Internet : Yes/ No jbr NOTE: Issue order copy on 22.09.2025.
