RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11853 of 2017 dated 07.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.MUTHUSAMUNDEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of IPC and r/w. Section 5(1) and 6 of the POCSO Act, in Crime No.15 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11853 of 2017 dated 07.09.2017. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.38 of 2017, on the file of the Mahila Court, Dindigul.
