O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notification issued by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Kaa.No.6019/Aa1/2020 dated 02.02.2021 and for a consequential direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to produce the Solvency Certificate at the time of scrutiny of her application.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. In the considered view of this Court, there is no question of interfering with the notification issued by the second respondent. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner instead of producing her Solvency Certificate, had produced the Solvency Certificate of some other person. In order to get over the same, the petitioner has chosen to challenge the very notification itself. 2/4

4. This Court does not find any merits in this Writ Petition and in any case this notification has been acted upon and nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
