ORDER

The writ petitioner has approached the respondents for change of classification of the property in S.No.74/2 on 29.12.2021 and filed this writ petition for a mandamus to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application. 2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application has been considered and orders have been passed on 05.08.2023 by the Tahsildar vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/04/2023. A copy of the said order is also produced to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
