The petitioner's grievance is that though he had made an application seeking for educational loan for pursuing M.B.A.Course in RVS Institute of Management of Studies, Covai, no action has been taken on his application, which promoted him to file the present writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the

learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that if the petitioner makes a valid application through "Vidyalakshmi Portal" and if it is otherwise in order, the same would be considered favourably.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, the petitioner is granted liberty to make online application through "Vidyalakshmi Portal" seeking for educational loan and on receipt of such application, the second respondent shall pass favourable orders disbursing the educational loan to the petitioner herein, if the application is otherwise in order. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
