3. There appears to be an UDR error. The petitioner has to move the competent authority namely District Revenue Officer, Madurai. As and when such application is filed, it shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
