ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 165 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard Mr.G.Mathavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Mr.K.Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.S.Madhavan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent have no objection for condoning the delay. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 165 days, however, on payment of costs. 5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. sd/- 27/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
