Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2022. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Sankar For R1 & R2 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.02.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the respondents 3 and 4 herein, on 16.02.2022, the respondent police has taken the same on file and the investigation is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.3872 of 2022 the respondents 3 and 4 herein and dispose of the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
