************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa3/6721/2011 dated 08.01.2024. 2.Heard Mr.R.L.Dhilipan Pandian, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The order impugned in the present writ petition itself states that the petitioner himself has vacated the encroached portion. But, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities are making attempts to evict the petitioner from his property stating that it is a Pathai Poramboke land. To that extent, it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil 2/5

Court seeking appropriate relief as against the private respondents.
