This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.151 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai as against the petitioner herein. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in C.C.No.151 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
