O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection for cleaning and measuring the piece of land belonging to petitioner bearing S.NO.51/26 extent of 28 cents at KUmaramangalam Village, Singanatha Kuruchi Revenue District, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District as per the decree in O.S.No.99 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Keeranoor.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending upon the complaint received from the petitioner.

3.The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
