RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 04.09.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11673 of 2017 to the effect that to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli instead of appearing before the respondent police station. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is still pending. 4.Considering the Gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), I am not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11673 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017.
