JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed by the defendants 1, 2, 5 and 6 in O.S.No.65 of 2010 challenging the decree for declaration and permanent injunction granted by the trial Court and affirmed by the lower Appellate Court.

S.A.(MD)No.145 of 2020 2.The learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the matter has been settled and a joint memorandum of compromise has been filed. The parties are also present and they have also affirmed the execution of the memorandum of compromise. 3.In view of the same, the memorandum of compromise is hereby recorded and there will be a decree in terms of the memorandum of compromise in O.S.No.65 of 2010. Recording the memorandum of compromise, the Second Appeal is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
