ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to call for the records in connection with the Crime No.100/2013 pending on the file of District Crime Branch, (ALGSC), Dindigul District and quash the same with regard to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions submitted that the final report will be filed within a period of four months.

4. Considering the above said submission and taking note of the pendency of the complaint, the first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.100 of 2013, and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
