ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2018 to remove the name of the unknown/unavailable persons namely, Savarimuthu, S/o.Santhappan in patta No.229 Savarimuthu M/o.Arockiaammal in Patta No.2268 and Arockiam Thomas Valliammai in Patta No.2530.
2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the property in S.Nos.71/1A and 71/2A measuring about 1.57.50 hectares and 0.08.50 hectares respectively at Mathampatti Village and also properties comprised in S.Nos.308/50, 308/14 measuring about 0.13 hectares and 0.20.50 hectares respectively at Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. While so, during UDR scheme, some third parties names have wrongly been mentioned in the patta relating to the petitioner's properties. In the above circumstances, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.01.2018 to the first respondent seeking to remove the names of the third parties in the patta. the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
