This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.69 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kenikari Police Station, Ramanathapuram District against the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and the respondent police is yet to file the charge sheet in crime No.69 of 2014. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
