Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408 and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.113 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of 53 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
