2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2020 for the offence punishable under section 174(3) of Cr.P.C., @ 306 of I.P.C., in Crime No.17 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition was dismissed by me on 12.02.2020. There is no change in circumstance. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
