ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(i)(A) TNP Act, in Crime No.56 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.02.2015, when the Special Sub-Inspector of Police and Constables attached with the respondent police were in patrol duty, they found the petitioner carrying a white colour two litre cane with some poisonous substances to mix with brandy.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 06.02.2015 and the respondent laid charge sheet in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation was over and the respondent has also filed the charge sheet in this case.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 06.02.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
