RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 11406/2017 dated 30.08.2017 by this Honourable Court and pass such other or further orders as may deem fit and proper.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BENAZIR BEGUM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 366 of IPC in Crime No.655 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of 43 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
