The petitioner approaches this Court seeking a direction to first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.245 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigation officer within the jurisdiction of the first respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is for the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.
