ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Since only a petition enquiry was pending, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail on 05.03.2015 with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police at 05.30 p.m everyday.

4. Today, the respondent Police is present and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and the case has been closed as civil in nature and a closure report, dated 16.03.2015 has also been filed.
