ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to implement the memorandum, dated 30.01.2024 in Na.Ka.No. 13551/2022/A1.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner's limited prayer in this writ petition is only to direct the fourth respondent to implement the directions/orders passed by the third respondent as early as on 30.01.2024.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the fourth respondent may be directed to implement the order of the third respondent.

5.Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to implement the order of the third respondent dated 30.01.2024 in Na.Ka.No.13551/2022/A1, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
