This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to investigate and file final report in Crime No.118 of 2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.118 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
