ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation. Issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner apprehending that his license may by cancelled has filed this writ petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel submitted that in view of the pendency of the civil suit, there is no proposal to cancel the license for the present. As and when, there is any cause of action, the petitioner can always move this Court.

4.With liberty to the petitioner and recording the submission of the learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation, the writ petition is 2/4

disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
