Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.G.PETHANARAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.O.P(MD).No.12361 of 2017, dated 05.10.2017. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on an earlier occasion, this Court granted anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- (Rupees Three lakh and Seventy Five Thousand only) with the consent of the petitioners. Today, the petitioner has furnished a letter dated 03.11.2017 wherein, it is stated that a sum of Rs.4,16,055/- were recovered from the petitioners and the balance amount is Rs.3,33,994/-.
But, on perusal of the letter dated 03.11.2017, it is seen that the transaction is in respect of some other person and it is not relevant to the transaction of the petitioner and that the above condition was imposed with the consent of the petitioners.
