ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondents 1, 4 and 5 to disburse the salary from 22.07.2017 onwards to him with arrears and also to pay the salary without delay in future based upon his representation dated 16.02.2018.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner requesting the respondents to grant salary from 22.07.2017, submitted a representation to the respondents on 16.02.2018. However, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2018 would be considered and necessary orders would be passed by the respondents herein, within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2018 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
