The petitioner's license period is to expire on 31.03.2024. The question granting extension of time will not arise at all. If on account of the pandemic or any other reason, the petitioner could not enjoy the fruits of the license, it is open to the petitioner to approach the respondent for return of licence fee or damages. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
