Mr.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
2.By consent of both parties, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The petitioners are the owners of LMV Share Autorickshaws. They want grant of 5+1 Share Authorikshaw permit. In this regard, they approached the respondent. The respondent declined to receive their applications. Therefore, these writ petitions have been filed.
4.This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The only relief that is given in these writ petitions is for reception of the petitioners' applications and for direction to the respondent to pass orders thereon. Therefore, the respondent is directed to receive the petitioners' applications and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
