The petitioner seeks police protection. The petitioner is not having any enforceable civil Court decree in his favour. The petitioner however claims that his civil rights are being infringed. The petitioner has also given complaint in this regard on 23.02.2020 to the third respondent.

2.If the petitioner wants First Information Report to be registered against the offending persons, the remedy open to the petitioner is to move the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. There is no scope for invoking the inherent power of this Court.
