ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.65 of 2018 from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the fifth respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint received from the petitioner, the fourth respondent registered the case in Crime No.65 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341, 342 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. While pending this petition, the investigation in Crime No.65 of 2018 has been withdrawn from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Karur District and the investigation is pending. 3.In view of the above, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Karur District is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
