ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 14.02.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant pre-arrest bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Mareeskumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that both the parties have filed compromise memo in the quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6606 of 2025 and the same was allowed in respect of compromise by this Court on 09.04.2025. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2/3
