Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, in the nature of writ, directing the respondents, by calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent Ka.NO. 0606.Ma.Ka.Vai3/TNSTC/Tili/12, dated 07.09.2012 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the commutation amount within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders.
