ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the enquiry proceedings in receipt No.6127 dated 11.12.2023 by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2023 had already been considered and the same was closed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation dated 11.12.2023 vide receipt No.6127, and the same was already considered by the respondent police, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. However, the closure report has not been served upon the petitioner.

4. Therefore, this Court directed the respondents to serve a copy of the closure report on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the same 2/4

was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today. Hence, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the closure report in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.

5. With the above observations, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 19.02.2025 Index :
