ORDER

The main grievance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the first respondent is frequently harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's husband is an accused in Crime No.10 of 2021 of Thirupuvanam Police Station and that in order to enquire the petitioner's husband, the police had gone over to the house of the petitioner and that they did not harass the present petitioner.

3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
