ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147 and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Cr.No.63 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. This is the second anticipatory bail application. Earlier this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)NO.1105 of 2015, dated 23.01.2015 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with a direction to furnish sureties within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. In paragraph No.7 of the order, this Court has stated as follows:

"7. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed."

4. The petitioner has not complied with the order passed by this Court and hence, he has filed the second anticipatory bail application.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy.

6. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear and surrender before the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application and the same shall be considered on the same day.

7. The Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the above direction.
