RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22133 of 2016 of dated 22.11.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.

ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294 (b), 324 and 307 of I.P.C. And Sections 3 and 4(a) of Explosive Substance Act, 1908, in crime No.481 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioners shall appear before the respondnet police as and when required, on receipt of summons.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
