ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 20(2), 24(1) the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 r/w 328 of the I.P.C, Act in crime No.724 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons and on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- ( Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Cancer Institute, Adayar, Chennai. This petition is ordered accordingly.
