O R D E R

Petitioner, Chandrasekar is the accused in a case in Crime No. 594 of 2014 on the file of the The Inspector of Police, K.K. Nagar Police Station, Trichy. In such case he is an accused of offence under Section 420 of IPC. He also had been accused of offences under Sections 294(B), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.121 of 2014 on the file of the same respondent. Such case has resulted in filing of Final report and the same is pending trial in C.C.No.131 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Thiruchirappalli.

2. The de facto complainants in both cases and the petitioners presented a Joint compromise Memo informing the settlement of the dispute between the parties. It is filed before this Court and same has been signed by the petitioners, defacto complainant and their respective counsel. In view of the nature of offences alleged and the compromise arrived, this Court allows these Criminal Original Petitions.

3. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.131 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy and the case in Crime No.594 of 2014 on the file of Inspector of Police, K.K. Nagar Police Station (Crimes), Trichy City are quashed. The compromise memos shall form part of the records. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
