RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 10664/2016 dated 14.07.2016 for surrender of the petitioner for the purpose of executing bond for a sum of Rs. 10000/- with two sureties before the Judicial Magistrate Court No. III, Trichy by granting further period of 15 days Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10664 of 2016, dated 14.07.2016.

2. This Court, by order dated 14.07.2016, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10664 of 2016, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time for execution of sureties is extended till 23.08.2016 sd/- 16/08/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
