This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent herein to file a final report relating to the case in Cr.No.508/14 dated 15.4.2014 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.508 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
