Respondent Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to disburse the amount under the Tamil Nadu Government Employees Health Fund Scheme 1991 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2017.

ORDER

The petitioner was working on deputation in TASMAC. He retired from service 31.07.2007. During his service he underwent ear surgery. The petitioner is contributing for the Tamil Nadu Government Employees Health Fund Scheme 1991 even after his retirement. He had incurred a sum of Rs.26,990/- towards medical expenditure. The said amount was not however disbursed to the writ petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that already the sanction order has been passed in favour of the writ petitioner. On account of the non disbursement of the said sanctioned amount, the writ petition has been filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the amount sanctioned in favour of the writ petitioner would be disbursed to him within a period of six weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs.
