ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 1st respondent to disconnect the electricity connection number in SC.No.0645004182 obtained by the respondents 2 and 3 based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2023."

2. The petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 06.02.2023 seeking to disconnect the electricity connection bearing SC.No.0645004182 obtained by the respondents 2 and 3. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.02.2023 and pass orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
