O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025 and consequently, to direct the respondents to issue individual patta in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the Gift Deed dated 15.09.2004.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent/Tahsildar will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and 2/4

pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, including issuing notice to the petitioner, joint pattadhars, owners of adjoining lands and considering any objections from them. The second respondent is also directed to provide a reasonable opportunity at such inquiry to the petitioner and any others who would be affected by such decision. There shall be no order as to costs.
