ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.462 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22953 of 2024, dated 10.01.2025.

2. Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition imposed by this Court in the order in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.462 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22953 of 2024, dated 10.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed.
