2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner was originally appointed as a Secretary in the fourth respondent panchayat. Subsequently, he was ousted from service on the ground that he was not possessing the requisite educational qualifications. The petitioner subsequently repaid the entire salary received by him. Thereafter, G.O.Ms.No.72, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department dated 09.07.2013 was passed. The said Government Order is in favour of the petitioner. 4.Based on the said Government Order, the writ petitioner has given a representation dated 08.02.2018. The first respondent has to pass orders thereon.

Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
