Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ order or direction or any other writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order made by the respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.7133/A4/2020 dated 09.09.2020 and quash the same as arbitrary and consequently directing the respondent to pay subsistence allowance enhancing from 50 percent to 75 percent for every month from 03.03.2019.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed as against the respondent for non complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14292 of 2020 , dated 01.12.2021.
