Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEELARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 of I.P.C r/w Section 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act 1956, in crime No.226 of 2017.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.
